Abstract: Beilun Thermal Power Plant ash dam is located at very soft foundation. In order to ensure the stability and security during construction and after completion, the determination of construction control parameters such as loading velocity, settling time, loading safety control standard influencing directly the construction period and quality of the project is most improtant. On this account, this paper described the analyses and calculation of the parameters, also verifications were made by measured data.
